2nd EDITION
In partnership with Mitsubishi Corporation and Instituto Phi, Mawon promotes the 2nd edition of Projeto Empregadorismo.
Empregadorismo is an education and income generation project with a cultural approach, whose objective is to promote financial autonomy and the real integration of migrants into Brazilian society through instrumental Portuguese classes and entrepreneurship workshops.
Aactivities carried out
PORTUGUESE CLASSES
Instrumental Portuguese classes for migrants at a basic and intermediate level using everyday situations, bureaucratic routines and Brazilian sociocultural norms.
BUSINESS MENTORING
10 Entrepreneurship Workshops offered with key partners such as Sebrae, Fábrica de Startup, Nex Coworking and New Entrepreneurial Leaders with personalized mentoring. At the end of the 10-month program, entrepreneurs staged an event, where they presented their business pitches to a special panel and competed for seed capital.
