Employerism
4th EDITION
In partnership with the International Organization for Migration (IOM Brasil), with funding from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Mawon promotes the 4th edition of the Employerism Project.
The program is an income-generating opportunity for Venezuelans and migrants from other neighboring countries residing in Rio de Janeiro.
In this edition, there are three possibilities for learning paths within the employability and entrepreneurship axes: one to support migrants in accessing the formal labor market and two others aimed at developing enterprises, both in the initial phase and to scale their businesses.

SOCIAL LEGAL SERVICE
All participants and their families have socio-legal support from lawyers in order to guarantee access to migrant or refugee documentation so that they can fully exercise their civil rights in Brazil.
ONLINE CLASSES
The teaching program combines face-to-face and online classes, with most of the content being provided through Distance Education (EAD). Didactics are planned to allow students to learn autonomously. In addition, tutorials, mentorships and meetings are offered to clarify doubts in small groups.
The pedagogical structure is developed by renowned professionals, providing exclusive content that combines cultural aspects and relevant knowledge and tools for entrepreneurship and employability.
Entrepreneurial Trail Opportunity
BUSINESS MENTORING
Mentoring sessions in small groups, in which migrants and refugees do exercises to fix the exposed content and discuss ways of applying this knowledge.
SEED CAPITAL
Participants receive capital ifin the amount of BRL 1,000 and R$ 850.00, respectively for Level 1 and 2. To receive the benefit, it is necessary to meet the prerequisites of presence and completion of tasks.
VITRUM
VITRUM is the exclusive Showcase for the exhibition of the participating developments. The purpose of this portal is to increase the visibility and sales volume of businesses. Access:www.vitrum.lat
Opportunity Trail Employability
CAREER MENTORING & ACCESS TO THE LABOR MARKET
Group mentoring sessions, in which migrants do exercises to fix the exposed content and discuss ways of applying this knowledge. In addition to the programmatic content, participants have mentoring sessions with career direction and/or guidance to get a job.
SCHOLARSHIP AID
Participants receivewere a grant in thevalue of BRL 200.00. To receive the benefit, it is necessary to meet the prerequisites of presence and completion of tasks.
